The organisation was issued with its registration certificate on 2nd December 2024 and officially began operations on 16th February 2025. Our offices are located in Kiambu County, Juja Sub-County, Witeithie Ward, along Muhaka–Mibaoni Road.
We work to alleviate poverty, promote access to quality education, and empower individuals with sustainable skills for a better future. Our programmes support people living with disabilities, promote HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention, and address the growing challenge of drug and alcohol addiction through community education, rehabilitation support, and counselling services.

Jane Nyambura Githinji founded Compassionate Acts Foundation driven by her passion for reaching the less fortunate in society. A social worker by profession, Jane saw first-hand the need for dedicated support for vulnerable groups. With over 10 years of experience working with vulnerable communities across Kenya, she established the organisation to channel her expertise and compassion into lasting, structured community change.
Our board brings rich experience in running organisations in Kenya. They provide guidance to management and oversee major decisions within the organisation to ensure we remain focused on our mission.
Our board members offer strategic advice to management, ensuring the organisation operates with integrity and accountability.
